Reaching out to HR Professionals to practice how to Equip and Real in an Interview

We (GROUP 4 from Batch-32) have visited the HR Manager of Pragmatic Business Solutions and ask him to give answers to these following questions.
- How important do you think it is to be yourself in an interview?
How they Involve line staff and managers in that department.
How they Focus more on accomplishments in difficult challenges when interviewing
2. How do you identify if a candidate is being real or not during the interview?
How they Place a high value on attitude, work ethic, and motivation, Seeing Candidate through distortion techniques.
From Smile gestures.
Do they overreact to the shortcomings of the previous employee or not?
3. What suggestions you may have on how to be fully prepared/equipped for an interview?
They See these qualities in good candidate Competent, Capable, Compatible, Commitment, Character, Teamwork, Compensation, Intelligence, Passion, Adaptability, Credibility, Leadership ability, Integrity, Inner strength, Humble, Honesty, Hungry for more, Street-Smart.
Are they willing to acknowledge past mistakes and explain how they learned from them?
Are they willing to learn new things or seem excited by the opportunity to do so?
4. Do You select high achiever or topper and why do you prefer to have an experienced one for a job mostly?
They avoid the Charisma Trap and find a Street-Smart Candidate rather than Book-Smart candidate.
5. What You want to know while asking that “Tell me about yourself?”
We want to know while asking this open end question that how a candidate gives his/her structured elevator pitch by defining more their work rather than more about themselves.
