What Puts the “Weak” in Weakness?
Ruminations on Leadership

Jackie,

I really appreciate your perspective on weaknesses and on the fact that they aren’t necessarily important to build up if they don’t align with your values. I also see weaknesses tying in a lot to the idea of ‘reframing’, especially the way that you see them. The current frame is that there is always a way to turn a weakness into a strength and that is what everyone should strive to do with their weaknesses. By looking at weaknesses as they parallel to your values, you are reframing them to see them as , not necessarily an area that makes you weak, but just an area that doesn’t make you strong.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
