I just realized I meant to post that on a different thread. This is what I meant to post here:

This study showed that 93% of white women and 100% of women of color interviewed had experienced sexism, so it clearly isn’t an isolated occurrence.

This Harvard Business Review article references the article I posted below plus four other biases. They write: “Another theory is that women are choosing to forgo careers in STEM to attain better work-family balance — rather than being pushed out by bias. But evidence for that is also thin.”
