Nice workflow. I’ve been attempting to implement something similar. The hardest part of this is managing the change! Getting teams off email and into slack is not an easy task.

The one key piece which will bring this all together is reporting capabilities. Whilst businesses have really begun to identify the power of design, they still want to be able to quantify “what we actually do”. This is where JIRA wins over the easier-to-use Trello.
