Happy Holidays…Now Do Your Timesheet

If you asked me what has the highest priority in ad agencies, I would say do a simple email analysis and you will find it. By the way, it’s not employees (that is far from number one), clients, creative work, or even new business aka sales…the number one priority in agencies is…(drum roll, please)…TIMESHEETS.

Finance folks have lots of “power” in most companies, but in agencies, they are god-like. Having the power to stop you in your tracks and freeze you from doing anything if they do not get their timesheet aka “sacrifices” in a timely manner.

Now go on and enjoy your holiday, but not before you complete your timesheet!
