Thank you. This is the answer right here. I've read countless articles across the years and the one thing that stands out as actually creating meaningful change are cases of connection and love. We are not going to end racism with shame, blame, labels or calling out every single perceived micro-agression (intentional or accidental) on either side. When have those things ever healed any human relationships? Love, respect, forgiveness, and giving each other the benefit of the doubt are the forces that heal.
