Why you should ease your way into an elimination diet

The first ten days of my elimination diet were so grim (and I apologise to everyone who had to deal with me in any way that week!)

What is an elimination diet?
Pretty much it’s cutting back to ‘real food’ so that you can understand what your body does/doesn’t need. You do it for a month, then start re-introducing foods in and seeing how you react to them — ie. do they make you sluggish, bloated, increase pain, irritable, cognitively impared etc.
