Hi Alex, I had a great experience with a short digital detox, which I’ve described here:

It seems like something I could and would easily repeat, though it would take some strategising to be able to do it often. I may be a special case, but I think it’s feasible and worthwhile to build in time away. I’d be curious to know your thoughts.
