Below, I've outline the six keys to success with online leads.

  1. Keep the first call (Welcome Call ) short and to the point
  2. Never use disappointing sales rhetoric, always be positive that you can get this done!
  3. Stay away from talking about financing or money on the first call
  4. Try to get an appointment scheduled at a property or public location (Blue Bottle Coffee)
  5. Do research to understand the market and trends
  6. Have a morning follow up routine!
