Theory of Enduring Change

One of those terms that you keep bumping into if you are a TFI fellow is the term enduring change. The way it was broken down and explained fascinated me. i.e After, say 10 years, if my kids were to say, may be being creative is something I learnt from teachers or the value of may be being a good human being.

I think this theory of enduring change can be applied to all walks of our life. What do you want to be remembered as ?
Why do we remember certain people and what do we remember them for?
Or even a bigger Life question

“If I die tomorrow, what will I be remembered for ?”
