My $4.5 Billion Gift To Twitter
Darren Rovell

You are right! It seems that Wall Street doesn’t understand Twitter. Actually, I did not understand why Twitter choses to list on NYSE. It’s profile does not fit with short term profit making players on stock exchange. Here is my twitt at the IPO time.

At this time a freemium model as proposed by you would be a good fit for both Twitter and us as its users and members. It has the chance to become a community organization.

Hopefully, it might have the chance to leave NYSE, and forget about pleasing short-term investors, and focusing on developing a global knowledge and information sharing community together with its engaged users / members.

This case reminds me about the Amazon stock price evolution on Wall Street, but that’s another sad story related to a great company…
