Things not to say on stage at a tech event

Thanks for the thoughtful post Christian. Next week I’m presenting “12 Keys to Pro JavaScript”. The talk covers 12 specific things I believe JS devs should be doing in 2016. My goal is to encourage people to do generally mainstream “best practices” like testing, minification, linting, etc. Nothing controversial. But this post has me thinking carefully about how to frame the conversation. I’m certainly open to alternative titles! :)

As speakers, we sometimes have to balance showing the bright future of what could be with potentially making people feel like imposters.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
