A Symphony of Space and Serenity: Modern Luxury in Jade Hills
A true sanctuary of contemporary comfort in Kajang, Malaysia, a four-bedroom modern luxury masterpiece that has received the “Best Luxury Interior Construction Fit Out for Jade Hills” award in 2021. This project in Jade Hills Kajang, a testament to thoughtful design and masterful execution, makes this project stand as a fine example of how to create a symphony of space and serenity within a contemporary framework.
A Masterful Masterpiece: The master bedroom
Master bedrooms serve as a model to be followed for the rest of the house. The feel of the space is upscale, integrated with a modern-contemporary design. There is a hidden door incorporated in the wardrobe to reveal the stylish bathroom that is directly accessible from the bedroom, without compromising the appearance of the interior. The focal point, however, lies on the feature wall — it is a playful interaction between geometric forms perfectly carved from the laminate plywood. This climb brings innovation in the present day without dominating the house and turns the room into something aesthetically appealing and cozy.
Simple Sophistication: The Second Bedroom
Moving to the second bedroom, calm simplicity carries over into the next space. Undefined the walls are panelled with wainscoting which gives it traditional look and feel while at the same time has a contemporary appeal. As in the case of the master bedroom, a hidden door creates the concept of a walk-in wardrobe that enhances functionality. This approach best captures the spirit of the project — beauty and sophistication as well as designing a home with functionality and practicality in mind.
A Touch of Whimsy: The Third Bedroom
The third bedroom embodies a spirit of girly design pattern. The headboard with curvy laminate cladding covers tops the bed and becomes the main element of the interior that adds some playfulness into the overall severity of the setting. From a lighter pink shade to beige defined as a primary color scheme to give the house a delicate look with no harsh lines. To avoid making the room too sweet, sienna’s light beige colors are added, which create a sense of harmony and help to reduce the density of light pink. This blend of design makes the overall design of the home fun and grown up at the same time which synchronizes with the young lady who now resides there.
Modern Minimalism: A Haven for Parents
The fourth bedroom planned for the parents is a testimony to modern minimalism as a style. Elegant lines and the use of a white and beige colour elicit a feeling of calmness. They designed this specific space with simplicity at its forefront and ascent with ambient lighting and side pendant light; with no unnecessary ornamentation its meant to be a sanctuary for rest.
The heart of the house has a feeling of a contemporary home openness. The living area is directly connected with the dining and the dry kitchen area, which makes these areas very unite. In the dining area, a large grey mirror, designed especially for this space, is installed with ambient light on the wall to visually extend the area and provide enough space for eating together without feeling crowded. This new concept proves that the aim of the project is to achieve the full potential of space and similar to our latest project in Setia Sky Seputeh, Houz has transformed an crowded and compact old condo into cozy and open plan haven.
The architectural plan of the home also allows the access of natural light thus enhancing the incorporation of nature in home design. This is evident in the selected color palette, which includes white and grey, with dark grey mirror accents. Extra warmth is achieved through the use of wood panelling and right furnishing that provides texture to the space.
