I referred three friends to your crappy service so that I could get a month of subscription so that my images would be restored. Instead, your “support” staff ignored me for a month and then closed the request ticket when my subscription ran out.

I never got a notification to begin with that these changes were taking place and now you are effectively holding my images hostage. Maybe you and your staff don’t care about losing one or two users, but I’m going to make very sure all 4000 followers on my blog know what an awful business you’re running and to stay far, far away unless something is done IMMEDIATELY to fix this problem.
