I made an effort to go see this park since I live nearby, and it’s too bad everyone can’t. They could if they had enough money to live in California or enough to travel here, but neither is cheap.

So much beauty in the world is closed off by distance and resources. Is watching a Youtube video or reading another’s description of beauty ever as good as seeing beauty up close and personal? Does the difference matter to the brain? Is there the same sense of satisfaction from seeing the Grand Canyon in person versus seeing it on the Internet? Probably not.

Yes, there are probably answers to these questions on Wikipedia. It’s more of a philosophical pondering. Keep in mind I don’t know what the word “pondering” means.
