What do great leaders see eye to eye on? A handy tip from Elon Musk, Richard Branson and Bill Gates.

Two years ago when the idea of Truthly germinated in our minds we knew that feedback served as one of the best free tools for people towards self-improvement and for showing productive results. Being big fans of feedback we started studying what people having reached eminence in professional life thought of it. The results didn’t keep us waiting for long. I wish to share some of them with you.

We should learn to appreciate feedback. It provides an opportunity to, instead of seeing with two eyes and thinking with one brain, see with many eyes and think with many brains. The craving to receive feedback is often ascribed to leaders since they usually seem to have overcome the bounds of thinking where receiving negative feedback is “bad”. The strong desire to see their own mistakes is more accentuated in leaders as they think thus they get a chance of self-improvement.
