Honestly, I don’t understand this requirement “work even in your free time”. This is just slavery.
I learn in my free time, have side or personal projects, I can be available during weekend or night if it’s necessary.
But if the company requires this approach regularly and it’s not up to me, I would prefer time spent with my family.
I’m sorry, but this looks like people abusal and fast way to burnout.
