These raids specifically targeted nine shops located in Ramallah, Jenin, and Hebron. According to both Israeli and Palestinian reports, approximately NIS 10 million (equivalent to $2.8 million USD) were seized during these operations. The money exchange shops affected are branches of five different offices in the West Bank, which Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant has designated as “terror organizations.” These offices are allegedly involved in transferring funds to Hamas and Islamic Jihad
