Salary in Vietnam: Despite the fact that there are many cases where employees are paid a relatively low price, but you also do not carry this mentality thoughts when coming to negotiate. Do not believe that you had studied about the common ground on salary for your position; you will surely be paid in that salary scale. The truth is that every company has a certain salary scale for each position, in line with ability and experience of each candidate. The number given in the “Offer Letter” for you already in the company’s pay package, rather than the company wanted to “discount” you.

Your qualifications deserve higher wages

Salary in Vietnam: The employer makes a request for qualifications is to make sure you can take on the job and reduce the amount of filtering unnecessary cover letter. If you do not have practical experience, the degree you are only able to keep you a foot in the list of “potential candidates” but did not offer a higher salary.

And, you should not think a degree is all that employers need. Practical experience coupled with a degree gives you more certain tickets. Obviously, there is a difference between the ability to meet the job equivalent qualification level and the results you have previous work demonstrated the ability and your experience really.

Do believe that you will win in every negotiation.

Salary in Vietnam: Don’t know about what you need to be able to sit at the negotiating table, but it is silly if you think you have what you want. Bargaining is not going to have a winner and a loser party. Negotiation is balancing gains and losses on both sides, and you should pin this when to talk. Sometimes, such conversations do not bring the desired results, and if you accept the job without feeling satisfied, your chances of becoming “job hopper” is huge.
