The questions that keep coming up for me, in talks about how white people should do anti racism, nearly always have to do with logistics.
Namely, if Black people are 13% of the US population, and white people are 70% — there are not enough Black people sprinkled throughout America to keep tabs on all these white folks.
So how does this work? Without tokenizing Black people and other PoC. And in communities that are even whiter than the national average.
