Standard Eligibility Criteria
BBA courses are generally three years long and can be pursued by students from any educational background or stream; be it science, commerce, or arts. · The candidate must have completed high school education in the usual 10 + 2 pattern or its equivalent, from a recognized board of education in the country.
· The candidate must have secured atleast 50% marks or above in the qualifying examination.
· They must be within the age limit of 17–25 years.
· English should have been one of the subjects studied by the candidate in high school.
While the above are general standards, colleges might make some additions of their own to the above list.
Admission
The All India Council for Technical Education is the accreditation body for BBA. There are various public as well privately run institutions in India, offering a course in BBA. While some of them award an admission based on merit, others may conduct an entrance test which the candidate must clear to acquire admission. AIMA UGAT, for instance, is a national level entrance exam conducted by the All India Management Association for admission into BBA. Other recognized entrance tests in the nation for BBA include — IPU CET (Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test), Symbiosis SET, and so on.
