So many questions…all. the. time. Do you ever truly feel like you’ve arrived at an answer? Do you ever give yourself the permission to feel like you’ve arrived? There is a problem in living up inside our brain and trying to figure everything out. We forget to feel.
We forget that our entire body IS a brain. Our ENTIRE body works as one (it’s incredible) but has 892374289#0348029384 complicated systems and living organisms functioning within. It’s narrow to think that our only answers and actions come from this one collection of tissue behind our eyes. Don’t get me wrong, I love my brain but I think we’ve just been putting too much pressure on it. I think, therefore I am, implies that you have the power of co-creation. What do you want to be? Who do you want to shape yourself into? I’m telling you, you’ve GOT the power to discover hunnnaaay! So, how do you find your answer if it’s not within your brain?
So, some say, “live from the heart” and it’s breathtaking. Some say, “follow your gut!” and it usually works out magnificently! Some say, “go with the flow”. SWEET!! There is so much freedom and truth in all of these answers. So which one IS the answer? There is no one answer…there is no one answer. THERE IS NO ONE ANSWER! How frustrating is that sometimes? Sometimes we look for answers to escape the reality we’ve created. When we think we’ve found it , we set ourselves up for a huge amount of confusion. I’ve come to realize that all answers apply, but at different times. Settling in how to trust that the answer will be there and to listen, in the moment and to hear it is the next adventure…
One answer, is going with whatever feels the best. At the end of our lives, what will we remember? It will be the feelings we’ve cultivated and shared. You can logic your way around ANYTHING so if you need justification for your feelings, hey, your brain is there to serve you. You are smart, with a lot of life experience, but what good does that do? It keeps us stuck in a moment that is long passed.
Let’s use that brain of ours to create images of the life we want, to create and bring up the feelings we wish to have. Let’s use that electirfying, message sending brain to create life-altering actions. But for the most part, let’s stay out of our brain’s way, let’s let things happen via inspiration. Let’s let our entire body have a voice and listen to whatever system is speaking up the loudest and with the most clarity and joyful intention.
