Now I have to submit my CV for applying for internship to Sir Ashar who is in Directorate Student Affair At Uaf. I had a great experience while In person CV drop.
Before going to In person CV drop i prepared myself speech, i practice my elevator pitch with family and in front of mirror, ironed my clothes, clean my shoes, arrange my accessories etc. Monday morning i visited his office. I was bit nervous that what if he refused my proposal? or if they mind why i am here? But i breath deep and entered in room. I greeted him ,introduce myself, my semester and my reason why I am here. He started asking why you want to do internship there?how do you came to know this?what is special in this institute? As i have done a lot research about institute i answered very passionately each and every and question. He inspired from me. He told me some extra things about this institute which will help me during work there. He informed me that our university will allow only few members to do internship there who really wants to do some thing, who are hardworking, dedicated.
So, in the end have enough potential to fulfill their criteria. he just accepted my CV and internship letter and ready to forward them. I thanked him for their quality time.

I concluded there’s nothing wrong with dropping off a hard copy in person. You’ll eventually need to submit your digital document anyway but handing over your resume in person can give you an added edge and will let your employers see your face, shake your hand, and confirm that you’re a real person who isn’t afraid to put yourself out there.
