Dear Huddles Community,

I’m excited to announce that Huddles, under its parent company Clash App, Inc., is being acquired by a large creator company that shares our vision of supporting creators and helping them earn a living doing what they love. This is a huge step forward for our community and mission, and we couldn’t be more excited about whats to come.

As you know, the startup and tech climate has been challenging, but we’ve been able to persevere thanks to the support and feedback from our amazing community. We’ve already delivered nearly a quarter of a million dollars to creators via their fans in our apps lifecycle and, and now with this acquisition, we’ll be able to expand our reach and impact even further.

Many of you have been patiently waiting for our app to come back online, as we’ve been busy planning for a transition to a new web-based model of our current offering. With this merger now in the works, we’ll be able to continue our mission of offering creators an opportunity to earn meaningfully, while exploring new ways to expand audiences and reach. We will keep you updated on plans to reintroduce our products to the Creator and Fan community.

In the meantime, all of your earnings and videos are safe, and we’ve made it easy for you to contact us and receive payments and your content. Please reach out to support@clashapp.co with any questions and we will be releasing more information in the coming weeks on payouts and content pulls.

At Clash/Huddles, we have always been dedicated to supporting creators and providing them with the resources they need to succeed. We understand the challenges that creators face on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, where they often have to compete with algorithm changes, monetization issues, and other obstacles to earning a fair wage for their work. Our mission has been to architect a community where creators can connect with fans, share their content, and earn a sustainable income doing what they love.

Looking ahead, our technology will be integrated into the new company’s vision, and some of our team members will be joining the new organization to continue working on our mission. While we will be moving away from content-creating tools and focusing solely on communication and the democratization of earnings, I still urge you to keep creating — you are the future of the internet and paving the way for generations of artists, musicians, actors, comedians, and entertainers for years to come.

Our entire team want to express our gratitude to all of our users and creators, from all of you Byte die-hards to more recent Huddles members. All of your support and feedback have been crucial to our development, and we are committed to continuing to serve you in the future. The decision to join a new organization was not made lightly, but we believe it is the best path forward for our community and our shared passion.

Thank you for being a part of the Huddles community (Byte & Clash too). I’ll continue to share more information as we continue to transition and can’t wait to see what the future holds for all of us.

Until then,
Brendon and the Huddles Team
