I agree with your sentiment, but I think that erasing the environmental influences on gender differences is not exactly a question of meritocracy. You haven’t justified your use of this word, so I don’t understand why you feel it is best to reflect a society where children are not raised differently as a result of their birth-assigned gender. Can you explain this choice?
