It will be interesting to see how well this sale works out. The Russians are known for being quite poor in supporting their aircraft bought by other countries. It can take a year to get a rebuilt engine back for instance. The Indians have been quite disappointed in the serviceability of their Su-30s. Most of the Gulf countries spend lavishly on contractor support to keep their aircraft in service.
