Soup Challenge — Day 16

Allhallows eve is upon us today, and due to a binge of big Sunday style breakfast and lunch, neither one of us were really hungry. So, we decided to go more low key with this soup. We simply added a head of chopped kale. Then, we let the soup boil on low for an hour. Then we ate it, and it was good.

Ingredients Day 16 (Green Stew Brew)

  • Chopped head of kale
  • Oregano, basil, sage, hint of nutmeg


Verdict: “Calm and centered” and “The kale added a nice texture”
