Title: It’s all about taking personal responsibility for your own health

Review: More than learning about hormones, this book should illustrate how important it is for you to take responsibility for your own wellness. It’s not just the hormones, though it’s one of the first building blocks to consider since they essentially run the whole show. It’s about two other things — give your cells the nutrients and things they REQUIRE to remain healthy. And deprive your cells of the toxins that cause a damaged cell, thus disease.
Good stuff? Organic, healthy foods, balanced diet, healthy and clean water free of heavy metals and toxins, high-quality, targeted supplements, fresh air. Toxins? Oh, there are tons of them: Worthless foods with no nutritional content, prepackaged foods, ‘convenience foods’, foods with toxic ingredients that cause cellular damage, foods that were raised with pesticides in a toxic environment. That means no white sugar, no white flour, no dairy, no ‘bad’ fats, no factory farmed products EVER, and don’t forget all that ‘bottled water’ that is simply from municipal water sources, with no healthy minerals, and is packaged in Bisphenol A-leaching plastic bottles which will still be on this planet in thousands of years in garbage dumps. (AND remember, your government APPROVES all of this stuff courtesy of the FDA who is staffed by ex-Execs of big Pharm and Big Farming and Chemical companies.)
Let’s not forget the toxins that your government puts into your food and water, such as the fluoride in drinking water (which is of course, highly toxic), and the supposedly ‘safe’ insecticides they spray over populated areas under the guise of eliminating pests. Filter your water and get rid of heavy metals, arsenic, fluoride, mercury, chromium 6, and much much more. Your ‘government’ won’t do it for you, I promise you. They’ll give you plenty of info about ‘acceptable levels’, but that just tells you that they don’t want to do what it takes to do it right.
I’ve been on Wiley for 3 yrs as has my husband. He said he NEVER felt this good, even as a 20 year old (and he’s 60 now). And I certainly feel fabulous as well at 56. BUT we don’t depend on Wiley for our total wellness. We continue to educate ourselves on every part of what it takes for a healthy lifestyle and healthy thinking. We do not take ANY prescription drugs whatsoever, have good blood pressure numbers, and good cholesterol numbers, no diabetes, average weight and a very hot and active sex life. We think young, act young, and enjoy our lives. Not only are we on Wiley, we are involved in very detailed supplementation that targets the CAUSE of problems, and doesn’t just mask symptoms. And that’s where you need the right WELLNESS practitioner to help you to test for deficiencies and to help direct you to healthy solutions.
Like TS Wiley, our personal experience has been that the drug companies ARE corrupt, that the NIH is run by idiots, FDA is a shill for their benefactors (the pharmaceutical companies, Cargil and other factory farming operations, and chemical companies that have sold municipal water suppliers a bill of goods for fluoride for half a century). My estimate is that 98% of doctors are too lazy or inept (and too focused on billing) to do their own research are perpetuating the problems with health in this country. These “medical experts” are STILL spewing the garbage and totally flawed results from the discontinued NIH study, the FDA and writing articles every day online posing as experts. That shows you how much the medical geniuses in our society really know. (And you can’t forget the corrupt relationship between these supposed ‘healers’ and Big Pharm.)
I suggest every woman consider this. If it’s for you and if you are willing to truly do the right thing, then great! Get the book and make your own decisions. I think you’ll enjoy the results. If you want to continue your sedentary, toxic life style(s), then I recommend you don’t even bother with this book. It’s not a magic pill that will make all things right in your world. BUT as we found, it’s the first step in designing your own program for the rest of your life.
I want to add that I do not feel it’s my purpose in life to go out and push the Wiley agenda. I’m not an evangelist. It’s not my job to make anyone else healthy. There are plenty of theoretically intelligent people out there who refuse to educate themselves, and refuse to make important decisions for their own lives, and who instead go whining to doctors to ‘heal me’ when indeed, doctors never want to do any ‘healing’. They want to alleviate your symptoms, collect their fee, make you go away and thus prescribe drugs with horrid side effects. Title: DO NOT BUY THIS UNRESEARCHED AND MISLEADING BOOK

Review: I like hundreds of other women have suffered from the unresearched protocol TS Wiley writes about in this book that should be banned. There IS NO research on this protocol, and Bent Formby Ph.D., the scientist whose name is on the book writes at great length about the adverse side effects and that he told Wiley not to publish the protocol until some studies were done on it and she ignored him. He no longer supports Wiley. I am a member of Rhythmic Living (over 650 members) — check out the website WileyWatch.com — and read what over 80% of the women on it experience. The side effects last long after you are off this ultra high dosage of bio-identical hormones and what they do to you.
Bio-identicals in smaller correct dosages under your doctor’s supervision DO NOT cause these side effects. I was under my MD’s care, (she is expert on bioidenticals with a large practice) on the Wiley Protocol 37 days and had to be hospitalized, given every test the hospital has, various MRIs, Cat Scans, EKGs, Xrays, panels of tests, and they could find NOTHING — I had all the presenting symptoms of a heart attack but my muscles had been weakened,ribs had slipped out of my back — long story. My MD doctor has taken herself and most patients OFF the protocol. A couple do not have side effects…so far. About 80% have terrible side effects,20% or less don’t. I was on low dosages of bioidenticals previously with NO side effects and recommend them highly under a trained doctor’s care.
The best thing you can do is NOT buy this misleading, unresearched book. Tell everyone you can how dangerous it is to most people and read the WileyWatch.com articles and Bent Fromby’s articles. I have NEVER done a review of a book this way — I am still releasng these massive doses of hormones and I’ve been off since August, and was only on 37 days. Women on it 2–3 years have even worse side effects, from hospitalization to being placed in mental instiutions. This is not someone OUT to get Wiley — I read the book and worked it 100% because it is so CREDIBLE — which when you check her resources — it is NOT. I am the VP of an organization, an active woman, work full time and had a great life — I am now still suffering because of one woman’s greed or desire for fame or fortune. Wiley — there is karma.
Those who think they won’t have side effects — I pray you don’t — but time will tell — some of these strange medical illnesses and depression may be the protocol — check out side effect on medical sites on Progesterone & Estrogen/Estridiol in large doses. Side effects are so various and so many it will astound you. If you decide after all this to go on the protocol — PLEASE read the articles by Fromby and on Wileywatch.com and trust your intuition before you decide. I felt intuitively NOT to go on the protocol and let myself be talked into doing it — MY FAULT — I KNEW better, but I like many of you feel we are misled by most doctors and big pharma and thought the negative things on Wiley Watch could be from them. Alas, they are from real people with really serious side effects. Listen to their stories.

Review: Ladies….how many of your friends have been diagnosed with cancer…how many of your daughters take birth control pills…female cancer is an deadly epidemic and this book will tell you why it has happened and what to do.
Ms Wiley has written a great book on the overview of the BIG LIE that American medicine has (and still is) telling women.Any Dr who suggests synthetic hormones has NO CLUE and you need to RUN out of his/her office. Each woman has a different menopausal experience and if yours is not good then read Wiley’s book and Dr Uzzi Reiss’s book “Natural Hormone Balance for Women”.
I had read over 20 books and knew I needed help, but had difficulty finding a Dr who was more interested in fixing my health than endangering it with HRT. If you want to find a Dr who can really help and prescribe just for your needs, contact the Women’s International Pharmacy…go to Google and type it in…they are GREAT…they will send a list of physicians in your state who work with women to re-establish health and balance…women who have no problems with menopause have had low estrogen levels all their lives, so the loss is not as great and the symptoms are minimal.
Do yourself a favor….if you KNOW you are not yourself and are tired of feeling all the odd things menopause brings…take control of your health..find a proper Dr., do saliva tests,hair analysis,and blood tests and find out what is causing your problems! It is not an easy fix, but you will find out what your body needs to feel good again and not endanger your life…you can greatly improve the quality of your life and possibly save your daughters from real danger as they age as well.
