A Better, Easier Way to Journal

Simple yet effective. I like the TLC concept and I think it is foundational for any good journaling.
I have been trying and failing numerous times when I wanted to start journaling my day. I think adding to your point, a good idea would be to start as follows since this is starting to work for me :)

  1. Just jot down whatever comes to your mind with respect to TLC. Do not perfect or fake it.
  2. Use pictorial words or diagrams if you are too lazy to write.
  3. Find a specific time of the day to journal and limit the time. This will build the needed habit.

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
