One of my resolutions for 2016 is to buy a house. I run a family business and unfortunately it’s not doing great. The decline in our business is definitely threatening my ability to buy a house this year!

The minimum consistent dose strategy seems to be a great strategy. It can help us to eliminate unnecessary work but it requires a deep understanding of our work to know what is the core of it.
