Also, he is offering scholarships and micro-finance loans to university students in Pakistan. Currently, he is building a university block in Bahawalpur University for creating a print media lab. This construction aims to provide proper education to the students from less advantaged areas with financial support. This is also going to allow the students into internship programs in the Jinnah Newspaper.

In the starting of his business, he struggled a lot and then he became successful in developing the Bahria Town. This is the largest private real estate organization in Asia. He has been awarded the businessman of the year 2008 for his outstanding creations. Mr Mian Shahbaz Sharif, the chief minister of Pakistan, presented this award to him.
