Eidhi Sahab uses principles of Amal:
The most fascinating example that I have learned from Eidhi Sahab,s autobiography where he uses the Amal,s principle KAM, KAM, KAM is that:
He refused to go back to attend the funeral of his grandson ( the day bilal died, he was in his air ambulance flying over sukkur, on the way to help people of train accident near Ghotki ).
In this way he set an example by giving priority to humanism over his family.

What the example is:
This example of Eidhi sahib fascinates me the most. As he was on his mission ( doing amal ) to helping the victims of train accident near ghotki station as two trains collide with each other resulting a severe human loss. He was on the way when he receives the news that his grandson bilal just died.
Pilot ask whether he wants to go back to attend the funeral?
Eidhi sahib replied that Bilquis (Eidhi sahib,s wife) will do the arrangements and refused to go back and order the pilot to maintain his route towards Ghotki.
Kept in mind Bilal is that grandson for whom Eidhi sahab himself says that he is like me”.
but he prefer humanism over family because “no religion is higher than humanity” also said by Eidhi sahab.

Why this example fascinates me the most?
I like this example because most of us might donate something to poor in order to help. We might take care of needy and helped them but none of us give them preference over family. Eidhi sahib being one of the greatest humanitarian always thought for his social-work first and then comes the family.

How it relates with me?
As in this example Eidhi Sahab preffers humanity on family i myself try to help humanity as in recent months i spare some time around weekends and pass them at orphanage (orphan house at yateem khana where a friend of mine is finance manager of PYS an organization working under Akhuwat trust.)
i love to pass time with them and always willing to be there around weekends as weekend is when we spend some time with family but in this way i preffer them on family.
i don,t say that i am a great person who always spend time with orphans and always prefer them on my family but i must say i started small but with a great cause.

what I have learned from this example?
In order to achieve your goal, you should always give preference to your work. There must be some distractions, some emotional attachments, some personal stuff which hinders your performance but if you want to achieve your goal you should be focused on the cause and try to find motivation within your work.
This is also one of the principles of amal that: Kam, Kam, kam.

#JustStartProject
As it’s my hobby to write short stories (Afsana nigari). From a year I want to write story of a person who once lived in our neighborhood but moved due to some issues.
story is about a boxer, a champion from WAPDA who represents Pakistan internationally and won many medals. After so much year of work he decides to retire from boxing and start coaching new talent (again in wapda). Meanwhile he was suffering from some severe health issues. He made some mistakes and commit a crime in his ill mental state due to which they had to sell their house (which they bought after so many years of savings) and he was admitted to mental asylum.
He spend some months there then his son (Electrical engineer from uet) moved him to the house again.

His mental condition is not well yet as whenever I saw him I try to spend time or to say Salam at least as he is like an old friend but he did not recognizes me even our last conversation was about 2 hours earlier.
I had to work hard to make him recognize myself. He recover his memory sometimes when I was lucky and sometimes he greet my salam as a stranger.

Why did I want to achieve this?
As story writing is my hobby and now it becoming a passion.
this story is about hard work that how a person became a champion and how the circumstance’s move and even after winning championships he can’t afford to buy his own house.
This story is about inspiration, hard work, tragedy which will help me a lot in polishing my writing skills as well as to help me pursuing in writing field.

challenges that I have faced in the past towards achieving this ?
1)
I don,t have the courage to ask them.
2) I always thought that some day I,ll talk to them and explain them and might they gave me permission.
but what if they say no?
3) what they will say when they come to know that a software engineer wants to write a biography.

What are the 3 tasks i had identified in order to achieve this goal?
1)start small by just talking ti his family.
2)explain them my hobby and what i really wanted to do.
3)ask for there permission, if they agree then convince them to have some sessions with the person along with some family members in order to know all the details behind there story.

What were the challenges that i faced?
1)the first and foremost challenge is to overcome my fear.
2)hen that there is nothing wrong in trying.
3) how I can I convince them?

What did I learn from this experience?
I learn the idea of just starting was real very productive and helpful and that we should always think big but had to start small.

Next steps?
They agree to have personal sessions in next few weeks and I am planning to write this biography in my summer vacations.
