3.3 Product management

Admin can able to manage the list of product and tracks all the information of product added, list of the added product and also import product with the CSV file format

3.3.1 Manage Item Quantity: At the time of adding the number of product the admin should add the number of quantity for each product. After adding items from product details and number of stock details is shown in the admin panel only a specified person (based on access control) can see the items names and the total count of products.

3.3.2 Product Alert: At the time of product have been purchased the product alert will give the list of recent purchase list in the dashboard.

3.4 Purchase management

Purchase management it’s all about deals with monitoring the information and transactions of the product from the warehouse and customers. Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource management of Payment data

3.4.1 Purchase returns: In purchase return where the admin will get to know about the list of purchase return lists, the admin can able to add and edit the list of purchase return list. Save time and ensure data accuracy when you create purchase orders that update inventory levels automatically.

3.5 Transactions management

There are several ways to record deposits to accounts but the most efficient way in go Billing is through the Bank payment system. Deposits from customers, miscellaneous sales, etc. can be entered here. Transfer money from one bank account to another.

Use this option to set up and configure your bank accounts. All accounts are used to reconcile customer payments and payments to Expenses.

· Bank Account Deposit Purpose Deposit may be saving account, current account or any other type of account that allows money to be deposited by the account holder.

· Bank Account Transfer Purpose Transfer money from one bank or cash account to another. If any account doesn’t have sufficient money at that time you can’t transfer money from one account to another account.

Invoice: Once you create an invoice one time you can’t change the Info but in the user profile, info will be changed. E-Billing allows you to keep track of your Quotations, invoices, payments and generate reports. The invoice with different taxes based on items.

Payment: Payment, the list of payment can be added by the admin based on the product purchased report and admin can add the profile of the organization
