I wish I could have met the post a century earlier. What’s mentioned in the post is primarily shaping my morning/night routine and habits. Now I begin to read 30~40 prior to sleep instead of interacting meaninglessly on the social media. In a word, it drives me to make a list that fits me to achieve my goal to be a medical student, and a better self as well.
