Nike is venturing into the Metaverse with virtual sneakers, clothing, accessories and much more!

The company recently filed for digital fashion trademarks for virtual sneakers, clothing, sports gear, and a plethora of Nike-based accessories to be sold for a virtual world. These digital goods are reportedly non-downloadable, online offerings for which the company is looking for seasoned digital fashion designers.

Pacsun has created a hybrid digital marketing campaign for its Holiday collection. Expect Instagram and Snapchat filters, IRL experience in partnership with Twitch and Rolling Loud, an online Pacsun Mall with Roblox, surprise guest interviews, and merch drops.

In early October, Pacsun became the first teen retailer to accept cryptocurrency using BitPay. Recently, the brand has created a hybrid approach to digital marketing that encompasses both IRL and digital experiences.
