Thanks for your thoughts, Aga! And good questions… I have LOADS of lessons I gained from altMBA, a key one around authenticity is tucked inside this post, almost hidden. You bring up a good prompt: What works for me that I could share? Some of what works for me I have used for years before the course, but may be good to unearth in a post. Most of it is not novel, or rocket science, and I feel is being shared all around Medium and other spaces that cover well-being "tactics" which is why I didn't include them (e.g., yoga, deep breathing, disconnecting from your thoughts, linking your thoughts to distinct feelings, mindfulness, and my favourite: barreling through while screaming at the top of your INNER voice, otherwise knows as exposure).

And YES! You're absolutely right: Facing and getting through anxiety (or resistance) can be reframed as dancing with fear and there's a lot of very good that can come from it, in my experience. Which is why I would never want to eliminate my feelings of anxiety entirely. Without it, I'd be less motivated, focused, engaged and inspired. Being afraid usually signals to me that I care. So… hmmmm… perhaps a Part 4b post is in order,. Thanks for the fabulous trigger!
