I really think the turn Key point it’s the engagement. In the past the ‘’moment of truth’’ was the the claim and how good I was to handle it, now the competition it’s based on continuous relationship. Here in Italy we started to experiment through app and black boxe providing value added services to our clients.
The Insurance product bundled with services increase the perceived value of the offer and decrease the ability of competitors to benchmark our products.
