Soooo true. Even their own formatting software can go sideways (let alone being dreadfully limited) I joke with friends that they'd better all buy me rough-as-can-be 1st editions, because when I'm (a) rich (b) and famous, I'll have my books re-formatted and corrected, ensuring (joke) my friends copies will be collectors items 😂
