60 Days Road to Flexibility and Mobility

Goal: To see visible improvements in my flexibility and mobility. Quantitative measure of achievement: Able to touch my toes. Motivation: To undo the years of damage sitting on a chair has done to my hips and legs. I have been wanting to touch my toes since high school and have been unsuccessful. I was not able to join the dragon boat team solely because I was not flexible enough. No more butwink in my squats.
