When are we the happiest? It is when we are at total peace and harmony with the unfolding of each moment. When we have no more questions and no more answers, but when we are completely immersed in the great river of life. All this happens in the present, so be presence itself. As presence you have no age, you have no name, you have no destination or past. When you go from person to presence you are dissolving all the mind-forged manacles imposed by your own mind unto yourself.

There is nothing wrong with being a person, but if its freedom you seek, simply be present as presence.
