You should try this technique that I found, it is life-changing
Last week I got trapped in the YouTube algorithm.
I was wasting all my time watching stupid YouTube videos and scrolling meaningless crap. I was numbing my own mind.
I knew what I should be doing but my mind was not cooperating with me. I felt really bad.
This actually happens to me so often.
I will be in a state of pure productivity for like a week or two learning, reading books, writing articles, working on ebooks, exercising, and meditating then I fall back again to watching YouTube and scrolling.
Actually, I hate people who scroll, and when I did it myself I started to hate myself.
Then I said to myself, “Enough is enough”. I need to take some drastic action to get my productive self back.
This is when I read a quote that says, “Out of sight, out of mind”.
Our mind creates triggers and makes us take action when we show our mind something. For example, let’s say you are on a no-sugar diet and you open your fridge to drink some water but you see a cake inside, you ignore it at first, but your mind has seen it, and it will start to create thoughts inside your mind to convince you to eat it…
