In the end, Only Kindness Matters

Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see — Mark Twain. Kindness comes from the inner self, not just a mere action which happens unintentionally. A person has to be soft from the core of his heart to do such acts, however sometimes one act change the cruelty of a person a make him a better person. I believe that the real kindness and good deeds are those that are just between you and your ALLAH, no other person has the right to know about it. However a few days ago I was assigned to note down such acts and try to do more if possible, so there are some that I can recall and can consider as the act of kindness in this week.

Once I was out to buy some grocery that I was asked to buy, when I was coming back to home I saw a hawker who was very old and has a few vegetables etc. on his wheels. It was around 1 pm and the day was very sunny and hot. I bought some vegetables from him although I didn’t even need them, so It will help him. One that I recall happened yesterday where a beggar came to me and asked for the food, although I didn’t have much money in my wallet, I chose to help her with some amount and moved on. This act gave me an inner-peace afterward and I found myself in a relief situation.

I can’t recall more acts right at this time but I must say it was very nice experience. It gives a very good relief and peace which makes a person feel very light. “No act of Kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted”.
