Where Have All The 650s Gone ….

As the Gulfstream G650 approaches its two year delivery anniversary, and now with 90 aircraft in actual customer hands, it is interesting to note that despite the fact that the majority of these aircraft hold US “N” registration (70%), our intelligence indicates that only 51% are actually owned by US-based end-users. As one would expect, Gulfstream’s remaining non US-based clients are global in reach, with Europe, the Middle East, Asia / Oceania and Mexico / Central / South America accounting for the balance, and listed here in descending order. We will continue to track this ratio and wonder: Will it hold steady for their contracted but not yet delivered G650 order book?
