This is a really timely piece for me, not least because my company is considering doing something with their products on the Internet and keeping countering the challenge of good business case. This adds to that complexity by highlighting that everything you think you know, you don’t know. Thanks for sharing, and thanks for ensuring that for those of us who are slightly less technical, or speak it with an accent, there is a closing message that makes it really easy to understand :-)
