I had a bit of a moment a few months back when I realised that as ECDs we might be better served to think about the agency as our ‘creative output’, and not individual bits of work — the work already has amazing CDs looking out for it.

So we’re freeing-up lots of time to focus on “other things” around the agency…

There’s probably another post in there somewhere :-)
