Whether or not these concepts are te heart and sole of UX, which is self-explanatory, this article will more than likely open someone’s eyes. Someone who does not realize how important having goal orientation in the mix of user experience, and human center design. This also could be quite helpful to teach younger people, who only have a curiousity for the field, how they should begin to develop their process for solving the solution. Many people who start out as purely visual designers tend to get caught up in the mess, which could be blamed in-part on some dribbble users focusing on fancy features and redesigns of existing products with this sometimes unnecessary features, of not focusing on the core solution, or experience. They may not realize, or have not yet come across a book or article exlaining the extensive bare-bones and user-based research done during the early developmental stages in product design. I appreciate what Nikkel has provided to the Medium community. Instead of posting retroactive comments, maybe we should focus on supporting his article, and providing further information; create a discussion not distruction.
