Imagine,
two totally opposite personalities, two completely different goals and desires, two outstanding opposite best friends… They do Almost Everything together yet they have very different lives, goals, hobbies, interests and habits but that never really seemed to be a problem. Got that?
. Now imagine that one day while drunkenly discussing to each other the negative aspects of their lives both envying the other and each casually wishing to be the other… What follows in the following scenes are hilarious. While yammering with each other, they are unaware that they’re getting overheard by a mysterious weird looking man on the blue motor cycle who apparently, (to him), he thought that perhaps they could use some almost immediate intervention to quench their current situation. To give them a predicament that they Can benefit from worrying about, besides their current frivolous bickering and do it without any words. Hence, The Slap! Not just Any Slap, but a really Soul Searching Reflective Double Slap, (slapping them both together). Giving the Slap of ALL Slaps. The Slap that will make these two grown men cry. The one that would knock their holy soul out of them, Literally, but instead of killing them it switches them.

The duo apparently either upset this guy or ticked him off so much that he felt that his intervention was the final alternative to end the meaningless comparison squabble. So what seems to be a Semi-retired Imperial Voodoo Priest gets tired of listening to these two friends, and in My imagination he was like; “Ok…”, “Here… I’m gonna do you a kindness And a favor right now…”
I don’t know whether he felt sorry for them and wanted to help them out, or quiet them with a shocking ear-deafening revelation. The plot only gets crazy funny from there. Anyway the Infamous Slap to end all Slaps that Alex and Matt receive and how they perceived and process the activities and exploits that follow are the basis of this movie and a hilarious one indeed.
Getting that Slap, ‘bestowed upon them’, along with that ancient ‘voodoo curse' probably used to teach humility and appreciation for your fellow man and in Alex and Matt’s case, best friend. The two know everything about each other. Their likes and dislikes and things get pretty confusing when they have to deal with and live with family members and adjusting to their new lifestyle will be no easy feat. For example, Matts mom who is played by the lovely lively and the Beautiful Beatriz Munoz in the series and portrayed by the Gorgeous Amiee Binford in the movie. Two moms are mentioned in the movie, Alex, which is Matt, is forced to call 'his’ mom ‘Ms. Gay’.
To think that while you’re residing in your friends body that you have to continually call your mom your Own mom ‘Ms. Gay’. At least until you figure out how to get back into your own body. This single hilarious out-take and many more we should expect to see throughout the movie. These types of issues and delemas that Alex and Matt are placed into, do teach some valuable lessons. The hilarious way that they have to deal with their issues are some of the most disgusting, side-busting hilarious, and obnoxious reactions to a curse that I have watched in a comedy.

In the movie, The Curse is one of The worse curses designed to inflict the worst possible damage on the victim or victims. Because their “soul” purpose is to. return to their own bodies most likely because they’ve are aware of each other’s negative aspects. Howevrr, In order to live in stealth, they have to live each others lives… they eventually find out that their own lives would be more acceptable living. Moreover, that they should be more grateful for their own existences. The experience of having to live each others lives and “like-it” and having to adjust to each other’s daily routines, by force. Even changing sleeping arrangements, in EVERY aspect of the phrase, makes for a great story line.

The trailer brings to life The awful truth of how devastating and hilarious an actual curse like that could be. A living reminder of your own days in your own body and Not in the body of someone else, including your best friend. Who most always is the person who was your exact opposite.
Well, that’s what happens to Alex and Matt.
Furthermore, In the New movie “Slapped”, The story centers around these two best friends Alex and Matt Gay. Oddly enough, the characters first names are the same in real life as they are in the movie. Which makes one wonder how much Improv, if any, went ‘into the script’ and production and not to have any negative implications. Some questions that may arise are the main 'character’s, characters really like these two brilliant actors? One a clean-freak and the other a slob? Who knows? Who cares? What matters most is the final result. The continued and ultimate climax of comedic mayhem and mishap, and all the continuously hilarious moments in between.
I’m presuming that if this movie is anything like the series it will have the most unlikely and unexpected turn of events and outcomes to occur. These friends are going on a wild psychedelic ride. They’re taking us with them, and in order to get to the end of this hilarious journey, you’re really going to have to ‘strap-in’ and ‘buckle-up’. Cause you may fall on the floor in hysterics.

Alex and Matt must learn to live in each others shoes and pretend they kniw everything about each others lives. At least until they can eventually switch back, and thats If they switch back… We’d only have to wait for “Slapped” The Movie to actually be released to find out which will be on I’m Anticipating on finding out how Do they figure out how to get their lives back in order or Will they???
We will soon find out…
The movie will be taking you to the flip side. I’m sure would stretches the imaginations to their fullest gut busting potential! Slapped was filmed in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington areas, which is an excellent choice for this brilliant movie. A home-like scenic snd urban background and various factors of North pacific city-life.
Even the secondary scenes are full of hilarious moments as in The last few seconds of the final segment of the trailer. It shows a little league ‘bubble ball’ soccer game. I got a kick out of watching that final scene. I just Know that there’s going to be some more funny moments with that. I’m sure they had a lot of fun making this movie.
When I think about the possibilities of how many more funny scenarios to expect in this film anticipation grows.
I can’t wait to see…
what these two friends are have gotten into. To check out the mischief that follows after that initial Slap! (smile on my face.).

From Los Angeles, he obtained his B.A. in Electronic Media and Filmic Arts and directed, edited and filmed over 150 music videos Several of which are documentaries, commercials and short films. He is also the creator of three web-series’. Moreover, having over a dozen of these films and recordings aired on MTV, BET and VH1 NETWORKS.
