My Journey with Udacity so far .. and their team
In this post I want to share my experience with Udacity so far.
Initial programming days
Yes initially I am also a student just like others who learn new stuff from YouTube, websites etc. Once in my college I felt uncomfortable in using my college content management system for students because its long response time , user interface etc. Then I decided to develop a mobile app for students and started learning Android Development. I am a novice in computer, internet usage also then. So it is a hectic process and it almost took six months to get acquainted with Android Development. And some how learnt Android Programming and developed an app which has no proper design and features like image display . I regretted for developing in that way.
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler — Albert Einstein. But Udacity made learning programming simpler for everybody.
Getting a programming license
In this April I graduated from college and after some time I decided to learn Android programming in a decent way and Googled internet for almost 10 days by checking website readings and personal experiences of people . Then one day I came across a Google video regarding their support for @Udacity and searched about it completely and decided to give it a try and started my free trail for one week. I used Udacity free courses but when I opened Nano Degree course content I am speechless while looking at it because of their support for course and project review. Then I decided to complete Android Nano Degree and started it from May this year.
Before joining Udacity it is like driving bike rashly without license and making accidents. But after joining Udacity I got a license and driving(programming) without accidents.
Now I am doing my Capstone project and may be within a month I may graduate and publish my app.
Udacity and team
Now when coming to about Udacity and team:
1. Sebastian Thrun
The first person we should talk about is Sebastian. He did a amazing and marvelous job in starting Udacity and bringing education to each and every person.
Thank you Sebastian Thrun for your amazing education platform and team for tremendous guidance and support where students like me are getting benefited and learning programming easily.
2. Udacity project review team
Actually this team is also doing wonderful job just like Sebastian. When I submitted my first project I immediately got reply within two hours or less. They reviewed and suggested each and every part of code by correcting wrong code.
The best part in course is the reviews or feedback given by them for our projects
Thank you Udacity and team because of you I learnt coding in a decent way and now I am heading over to your Career Summit to be conducted in first week of September and I will write my next post about my career summit experience.
