Entrepreneurial motivation encompasses the factors by which goal-directed behavior is initiated, energized, and maintained are
- Cognitive motivation
- Tolerance for ambiguity.
One must have believe in himself/herself that they have ability and confidence to achieve their goal.Be a master in a skill and perform it better than anyone else.
Individuals with high in cognition (thinking) are tend to acquire, think, and reflect on relevant information but Individuals with low cognition tend to rely on
experience, assumptions,and luck. One must have tendency to take decision in complex situations with limited sources.
