How many people go to college after HS not knowing what they want to do in life? A LOT.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Going to college might be good for some people who already know what they want BUT the majority of students go to college confused for the next 4 years undecided on their career.

😨📚😨📎😨📓😨

How many students are probably in their third year and still have their major and minor selection as undecided?

🤔💭🤔💭🤔💭🤔

The only way you will know what you want in life is actually being self-aware about who you really are. What are your truths? What do you love? What are your strengths? Is their a purpose in what you want to do as a career? Are you doing it for the pride of your parents or are you doing it to because of all the pressure is on you to graduate from a college knowing your degree wasn’t entirely what you wanted to do?

✋🏽🚫✋🏽🚫✋🏽🚫✋🏽🚫

I’m sure there are a ton of people out there who are going to college because mom or dad love to brag about what college their son/daughter is going to when that’s not really what David or Sally wanted to do.

If you want to be a professional Frisbee player or a great cupcake maker, then go do that. Don’t follow the pattern that everyone is telling you to do because by the time you’re 30 or 40 you’re going to live with the regret that you lived someone else’s life just to make them happy and now you are miserable because you didn’t live or do the thing you loved most, which was doing make-up or designing shoes.

Do what YOU want to do in your life and don’t let someone else dictate what you should do.
